Join us this year as we celebrate 22 years of helping local children's charities by participating in our exclusive Jazz Pavilion! Enjoy fantastic music in a beautiful setting with your friends and family! Skip the lines, skip the crowd, and enjoy the VIP Experience! Limited ticket quantities available!
Your Jazz Pavilion ticket purchases will go to benefit local charities Fox 4 Love Fund, The Lee Ann Britain Infant Development Center, and Operation Breakthrough.
Your exclusive Jazz Pavilion ticket includes:
- Private seating in a Pavilion secluded from the crowd and in line of sight with the stage.
- Extensive Fiorella's Jack Stack buffet including the finest selection of BBQ favorites and sides.
- Private bar and bartenders
- Two drink tickets for beverage of your choice; bottled water and soda will be provided free
- Meet and Greet with evening's artists and emcees (subject to their agreement to participate).
- Reserved parking for full table purchases only. Each table purchase will receive four (4) reserved parking passes.(location map for reserved parking will be sent to you prior to event)
- Your favorite charity will be able to help more children in need.
**Ticket guarantees seat in the Jazz Pavilion for the entire evening.
**Table purchases are available in quantities of 8 tickets, with 8 people to each table.
**Event is from 6:00 pm to 10:30 pm.
***Dinner is served from 6:30 to 8:00 pm.
This is a family friendly event and your children are welcome!
Tickets are not mailed - your email confirmation upon ticket purchase along with your ID serves as your ticket. Just prior to the event, a letter will be sent to your listed email address with additional information. For those that purchased full tables the letter will also include your parking passes and where to go for the reserved parking. Be sure to bring your email purchase confirmation and parking passes with you to use the reserved parking.
