Join us this year as we celebrate 20 years of helping local children's charities by participating in our exclusive VIP Pavilion! Enjoy fantastic music in a beautiful setting with your friends and family! Skip the lines, skip the crowd, and enjoy the VIP Experience! Limited ticket quantities available!

 

Your VIP ticket purchase will go to benefit local charities Marillac,  Fox 4 Love Fund, and The Lee Ann Britain Infant Development Center.  

 

Your exclusive VIP ticket includes:

  • Private seating in a Pavilion secluded from the crowd and in line of sight with the stage.
  • Extensive Fiorella's Jack Stack buffet including the finest selection of BBQ favorites and sides.
  • Two drink tickets (includes premium wine and beer).   
  • Meet and Greet with one of the evening's artists and/or MC's.
  • Compilation CDs of the 2009 Jazz in the Woods artists.
  • Your favorite charity will be able to help more children in need.

**Ticket guarantees seat in the VIP Pavilion for the entire evening.

**Table purchases are available in quantities of 8 tickets, with 8 people to each table.  

**Event is from 6pm to 10:15 pm Friday and Saturday, and from 4:30pm to 8:15 pm Sunday.

***Dinner is served from 6:30 to 8 pm on Friday and Saturday, and from 5 pm to 6:30 pm on Sunday.

This is a family friendly event, and your children are welcome!

Tickets are not mailed - your email confirmation upon ticket purchase along with your ID serves as your ticket.
